Cancellation Policy
I understand that I must submit a cancellation request 48 hours before the reserved time to receive a full refund. I will receive a credit voucher for future use, not a refund, if I request cancellation within less than 48hours of reserved time. A 1-time rebook courtesy will be allowed, then a $10 rebooking fee will be applied per reservation thereafter. A cancellation request received less than 4hours before reserved time will be considered a no-show. No refund or credit voucher will be issued for no-call, no-shows.
