Weather Cancellation Policy:
Safety is our priority! If weather conditions (e.g., storms, high winds, or other severe weather) are deemed unsafe for boating, we may need to cancel your booking. We’ll notify you as early as possible, and you’ll have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Late or No-Show Policy:
Please arrive on time to ensure you get the most out of your rental experience. If you're running late, please notify us immediately. Late arrivals may result in shortened rental time. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.
Safety Considerations:
All passengers must wear provided life jackets while on the boat. We also ask that all guests follow the captain’s safety instructions at all times. No unsafe behavior is allowed on board.
Boat Rules:
To maintain a safe and enjoyable environment, we ask that all guests respect the boat’s equipment, follow safety guidelines. Pets are allowed per request.
Damage Policy:
