**Cancellation Policy:**
To cancel your reservation, a 5-day notice is required. This allows us time to rebook your slot. Cancellations must be processed through , not via telephone. Please note, no cancellations are accepted for holidays or holiday weekends. Plan accordingly.
**Weather Cancellation Policy:**
- Automatic Cancellation: Heavy rain or lightning.
- Optional Tour: Light scattered rain.
- Notification: We will notify you in case of cancellations.
- Forecast Consideration: Only a 24-hour forecast from your reservation time is considered valid for cancellations. There is no charge if we determine the need for cancellation, and confirmation will be sent via email through .
**Tipping Policy:**
A mandatory 20% tip is required for the Captain at the end of your charter. We reserve the right to deduct this tip or any unpaid amount equaling 20% of the total.
