Cancelation Policy
More than 14 days : Full Refund : 100% Refund up to 14 days before booking start time. The refunded amount will be refunded to the purchasing card.
7-14 days from the start of charter: Lose 50% of booking total : 7 days or less from the booking start time will lose 50% of the booking total. The remaining refunded amount will be refunded to the purchasing card.
Less than 7 days: 0% of the total bill/cost is refundable less than 7 days before the booking start time, unless for weather (see weather policy below).
COVID 19 Cancelations The refund policy listed above also applies to all Covid related cancelations.
Weather Disclaimer: THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT! If it is actually raining, we will allow you to cancel and get a full refund. If it starts raining while you're on the boat and you want to go in, we will give you a prorated refund from the time you are returned to the dock. Because the "weather forecast" is always changing, we determine weather conditions 30 minutes before your charter start time. We make this judgment call from the dock and only take into consideration the weather that will affect the lake using MYRADAR's weather forecasting app.
We will allow you to reschedule up to 30 days from your original charter date

Damages Any Damage to the boat caused by you or your guests will result in a charge for damages that can go up to $1000 to the card on file. These are ANY damages to the boat through an action of you or one of your guests regardless of the captain's instructions. If damages occur, $1000 will be charged to the card. Any amount of damages less than $1000 will be refunded to the card on file once damages have been assessed. We aren't in business to get rich from damage deposits, please be respectful of our boats and equipment.
